ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THESE “TERMS”) IS A CONDITION OF YOUR ACCESS TO, PARTICIPATION IN AND USE OF DIGITAL MARKETING INSTITUTE & TRAINING CENTER SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW).
This is a Binding Agreement. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center. As used in these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center” means the applicable Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Contracting Party (as defined below). “You” and “users” shall mean any participant in or user of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services. You confirm your acceptance of these Terms each time you access or use any Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services. Revisions to Terms. To the extent permitted under applicable Canada law, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, by posting an updated version. 9. Discounts and promotion. Any discounts, or promotional discounts (including training credits) offered by Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center have no cash value, cannot be transferred to any other party and are solely for the personal use of the recipient.

10. Information, Data, and Content Given to trainer. Your course trainer may ask for information, such as your e-mail address to communicate and delivery of lessons or training materials of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services. Trainers are only permitted to use this information to communicate with you about Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services in a professional and responsible

11. Ownership and Use of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services and Content. Digital Marketing Institute & Training own all training content, information and data that we create or make available to you as part of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services. Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center and training materials eg curriculum, lesson, quiz, SEO project d, slide show and presentations, website codes, video, images, logos, templates software and software code, are used for training purposes only.

12. Content Disclaimers, Limitations, and Prohibitions. You are responsible for your actions, your work, your SEO work and digital marketing documents if you use clients website for digital marketing purposes. Your are responsible for creating own contents, own images and videos while marketing some one website. You are prohibited to use other people materials. If you use other people material, you will be responsible.

13. You agree to use the Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services and Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Content only for their training purpose. We prohibited, and you shall not be doing:
1. to provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, falsely or inaccurately identify yourself,
2. harass, abuse, or post inappropriate material
3. give Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services or Content away to a third party, except as specifically allowed,
4. take any action or behave in any manner that would reasonably be considered unlawful, improper, or wrong.
5. should not act in a way that could reasonably be considered wrong, improper, or illegal.

14. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center and its owners, officers, directors, affiliates, and trainers from and against any claims, actions, or demands from you or any third party, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) your use of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services, (ii) your use of or reliance on any third party or Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Content, or (iii) your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law.
If your Access Location is Calgary Alberta Canada, these Terms are governed by, and will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to the “Mandatory Arbitration” section below, in connection with any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, you irrevocably attorn and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts situated in the City of Edmonton and waive objection to the venue of any proceeding in such court or that such court constitutes an inappropriate forum.

16. General. These Terms and any additional written agreements or terms agreed between Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center and you regarding your purchase and use of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Services as training “update your skill category” constitutes the entire agreement between you and Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center Calgary Alberta concerning your use of Digital Marketing Institute & Training Center training Services.
